Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of design experience in non-standard automation equipment for assembly, testing and inspection, covering medical, electronics, automotive and new energy industries.
3. Capable of independently completing the design of complex single machines, assembly production lines and complete automation systems.
4. Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office; able to clearly present design schemes with PPT.
6. Familiar with mechanical principles, structural finite element analysis, mechanical processing techniques and characteristics of common engineering materials.
7. Experienced in the design of transmission and actuating mechanisms and the selection of standard parts.
8. Familiar with the application and selection of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic components, sensors and other standard parts.
9. Familiar with high-precision automation equipment, and comprehensive application of industrial robots and machine vision technology.
10. Diligent and responsible with strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
11. Rigorous and meticulous in work, with strong learning ability, research spirit, excellent teamwork and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities
1. Undertake mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment.
2. Provide professional technical support and design solutions according to customer requirements.
3. Conduct cost evaluation based on customer demands and design schemes.
4. Compile BOM list and assist the purchasing department in procuring standard parts and processed parts.
5. Strictly follow project schedule and meet quality standards.
6. Implement design work in accordance with R&D procedures and host relevant technical reviews.
7. Responsible for compiling, modifying, updating and archiving all project technical documents.
8. Assist the production and assembly team in equipment assembly, commissioning, installation and after-sales technical services.
