Technical Director of Laser Obstacle Removal Device / Laser Bird Repeller
Core Job Responsibilities
1. Handle all technical and project liaisons with clients, including pre-sales technical Q&A, solution discussions, and post-sales technical issue resolution.
2. Collaborate with production departments to address technical issues related to manufacturing processes, assembly, debugging, and quality inspection, ensuring smooth production.
3. Promptly resolve on-site/remote failures and technical challenges that frontline technicians cannot resolve independently.
4. Organize product technical standards and fault databases, optimizing the workflow for handling technical issues.
5. Oversee the overall technical management of two product categories (laser obstacle removers and laser bird repellents), including supplier selection, production SOPs, inspection standards, and shipping standards, and take responsibility for technical outcomes.
Talent Profile
Hard Requirements
1. Age 30–45, associate degree or higher; preference for majors in electronics, electromechanics, automation, optoelectronics, or laser-related fields.
2. Must have experience with laser products; preference for laser obstacle removers, laser bird repellents, laser ranging/security devices, or industrial lasers.
3. Proficient in circuits, hardware debugging, basic optical paths, and equipment troubleshooting, capable of independently resolving software/hardware issues.
4. Experienced in project liaisons and client technical communication, able to independently handle clients and government/power-related projects.
5. Willing to travel occasionally (for on-site project technical support).
Soft Requirements
1. Strong stress resistance and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving issues that technicians cannot handle.
2. Clear communication, reliable in internal production and external client liaisons, with a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Team management awareness, able to coordinate technical issues without evasion.
4. High stability, not prone to frequent job-hopping.
Salary Structure
1. Compensation model: Base salary + performance bonus + project commission + year-end bonus.
2. Base salary: ¥8,000–12,000 (adjusted based on experience; higher for senior candidates).
3. Performance bonus: ¥1,000–3,000 (evaluated by technical issue resolution timeliness, client satisfaction, and production cooperation).
4. Project commission: Calculated based on project payment collection (0.5%–1%, adjustable internally).

6. Annual salary range: ¥120,000–180,000; negotiable for highly skilled candidates.
